Over the past month, we’ve shipped a major set of improvements across AI, meeting intelligence, customization, and reliability. These updates continue our focus on turning meetings from passive calls into sessions that remember, understand, and follow through for you.

More Customization, Easier on the Eyes

We’ve expanded customization options across user accounts and refined Hiyve’s visual foundation.

What’s new:

  • More account-level customization options
    Personalize your Hiyve experience to better match how you work.

  • New dark blue base theme
    We’ve shifted Hiyve’s core color from pure black to dark blue, making the interface easier to read and more comfortable in low-light environments.

Smarter AI That Understands Your Meetings

We’ve significantly expanded Hiyve’s intelligence layer so your meetings don’t just get recorded-they become searchable, actionable, and context-aware.

What’s new & improved:

  • Improved Semantic Search updated to include documents and chat from all meetings.
    Find more than just past conversations by meaning, not just keywords.

  • AI-Driven Scheduling & Follow-Ups
    Hiyve can now understand intent (like cancellations or reschedules) and ask smart follow-up questions when details are missing.

  • Improved Mood & Sentiment Awareness
    Meetings now include better emotional and engagement context, helping surface tone, alignment, and friction - not just words.

  • Improved AI Summaries & Documentation
    Clearer, more structured summaries with better action-item extraction and clarity.

Improved Waiting Room Experience

We’ve refined the experience when joining rooms early or waiting for a host:

  • Clearer waiting state messaging

  • Optional timeout warnings with next-step choices

  • Unified waiting room UI

  • New notification sound so you don’t miss the moment a room opens

Visibility & Activity Tracking

You now have better insight into what’s happening across your account:

  • Expanded activity logs for tracking usage and behavior

  • Improved monitoring to support reliability and transparency

Cleaner Emails & Trial Notifications

We’ve improved system emails to be clearer, more branded, and more helpful:

  • Updated verification, password reset, and welcome, trial check-ins, and reminders so you never miss important milestones

Performance & Reliability Improvements

Under the hood, we made substantial performance upgrades:

  • Faster load times and smoother interactions

  • Improved handling during high usage or rate limits

  • More accurate and responsive AI queries

  • Better error messages when something goes wrong

Security & Trust Enhancements

Security and access control were strengthened across the platform:
