Rooms & Meetings
Q: What’s the difference between a Room and an Instant Meeting?
A: Rooms are persistent spaces where notes, files, summaries, whiteboards, and recordings are saved. Instant Meetings are quick one-off calls that don’t store content.
Q: Can I reuse Rooms for recurring meetings?
A: Yes. Rooms are designed for ongoing use and keep all past sessions and content in one place.
Q: What tools are available during a call?
A: You can use video, audio, chat, screen share, notes, whiteboard, polls, questions, AI Co-Pilot & more, during meetings
Q: Can I convert an Instant Meeting into a Room?
A: AI Search currently focuses on transcripts. It is being upgraded to search across transcripts, chat, files, polls, questions, and notes for more accurate and context-rich answers.
AI & Intelligence
Q: What is the AI Co-Pilot?
A: The AI Co-Pilot listens to your meeting and answers questions like “What did we decide?”, “How’s engagement?” and “Summarize the last 5 minutes” in real time.
Q: Can I use the AI Co-Pilot after a meeting ends?
A: Yes. You can still ask follow-up questions, generate summaries, and search transcripts after the call.
Q: How does mood and engagement analysis work?
A: Hiyve tracks attention, sentiment, talk-time balance, and engagement levels to show how the meeting feels and where participation changes.
Recordings, Notes & Content
Q: Are meetings recorded automatically?
A: No. Recording is optional and controlled per meeting. When enabled, Hiyve records audio/video and creates a synced transcript.
Q: Where do notes, files, and whiteboards live?
A: All content is stored inside the Room it was created in, making it easy to revisit and stay organized.
Q: Can I download recordings or summaries?
A: Yes. You can download recordings, export transcripts, and share summaries or action items.

A: Meeting data is used only inside your workspace to power features like summaries, search, and mood analysis. It is never shared or sold.
